Shipping policy

Order will be shipped by Thailand post.

Delivery time will be approximately 10-25 days depended on shipping areas. But on long holiday or uncertainty, please allow longer shipping period.

 

 

Order status

When your order has shipped, we will send you confirmation and provide tracking number. You can use provided tracking number to check shipping status. 

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@plinnofficial.com with your name and order number, and we will check it for you.
